This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how Keyboard Themes – Fonts, Emoji ("the App," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our mobile application available on the Apple App Store.

The App is published under the App Store developer account Rashmi Varsani. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to the terms described in this Privacy Policy.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with the Apple App Store Review Guidelines, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), and all other applicable data protection laws.

2. About the App

Keyboard Themes – Fonts, Emoji is a custom keyboard application that allows users to personalize their typing experience. The App provides the following features:

• Custom keyboard themes, wallpapers, and color schemes

• A wide selection of fonts and stylish text styles

• Emoji, stickers, kaomoji, and symbol libraries

• Auto-correct, predictive text suggestions, and swipe typing

• Sound and haptic feedback customization

• Keyboard layout and language preferences

3. Apple Custom Keyboard Disclosure (Full Access)

In accordance with Apple’s requirements for third-party keyboards, we make the following disclosure:

The App functions as a standard iOS keyboard without enabling "Allow Full Access." Certain advanced features (such as personalized predictions or cloud-based theme sync) may request that you enable Full Access in iOS Settings.

When Full Access is enabled:

• The App does NOT record, store, transmit, or share any keystrokes you type.

• The App does NOT collect passwords, credit card numbers, banking information, personal messages, or any data entered into secure fields.

• Secure text fields (password fields, payment fields) are automatically disabled by iOS and inaccessible to the App.

You may disable Full Access at any time via Settings → General → Keyboard → Keyboards → Keyboard Themes → Allow Full Access.

4. Information We Collect

4.1 Information We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect personally identifiable information, including:

• Your name

• Email address

• Phone number

• Physical address

• Payment card numbers or banking details

• Keystrokes, typed content, or messages

• Contacts, photos, or files

• Precise location data (GPS)

4.2 Non-Personal Information Collected Automatically

To improve performance and user experience, we may collect limited, anonymized technical data:

• Device model and operating system version

• App version and language settings

• Aggregated app usage statistics (e.g., themes selected, features used)

• Crash reports and diagnostic logs

• Approximate region (country-level) inferred from IP address

This data cannot be used to identify you personally.

5. How We Use Information

We use the limited information collected to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve App functionality

• Diagnose technical issues and fix crashes

• Analyze usage trends to enhance features

• Process subscriptions through Apple

• Comply with legal obligations

6. Subscriptions and Payments

The App offers optional premium subscriptions with the following pricing: 

• Weekly Subscription with 3-Day Free Trial — $9.99 / week (after free trial ends)

• Weekly Subscription — $9.99 / week

• Yearly Subscription — $79.99 / year

Prices may vary by region and are displayed in your local currency at the time of purchase.

6.1 Billing Terms

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon purchase confirmation.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

• The free trial automatically converts into a paid subscription unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.

• Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

6.2 Managing or Canceling Your Subscription

You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time:

Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Keyboard Themes

All payments, refunds, and billing disputes are handled by Apple. We do not process payments and have no access to your payment information. Refund requests should be submitted directly to Apple at https://reportaproblem.apple.com.

7. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to anyone.

We may share limited, anonymized, non-personal data with trusted third-party service providers solely for the purposes listed below:

• Analytics providers (e.g., Firebase, Google Analytics for Firebase) — to understand app usage and improve features

• Crash reporting services (e.g., Firebase Crashlytics) — to diagnose and fix bugs

• Advertising partners (e.g., Google AdMob, AppLovin) — to display ads in the free version of the App

• Apple — for subscription processing and App Store services

These providers act as data processors and are contractually required to protect your information. They may collect anonymized device identifiers (such as IDFA) only with your consent under iOS App Tracking Transparency (ATT).

8. App Tracking Transparency (ATT)

In compliance with Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework, the App will display a permission prompt before any tracking across third-party apps or websites occurs. You may grant or deny this permission at any time via Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Denying tracking will not affect core App functionality.

9. Your Rights (GDPR, CCPA, and Other Regions)

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your information:

• Right to access — request a copy of any data we hold about you

• Right to rectification — request correction of inaccurate data

• Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten") — request deletion of your data

• Right to restrict processing — limit how we use your data

• Right to data portability — receive your data in a portable format

• Right to withdraw consent — at any time, without affecting prior lawful processing

• Right to lodge a complaint — with your local data protection authority

10. Data Security

We retain anonymized analytics and crash data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, typically not more than 24 months. You may request deletion of any data associated with your device at any time.

12. Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the European Economic Area). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately and we will delete such information promptly.

13. International Data Transfers

If you access the App from outside your country of residence, your anonymized data may be processed in countries with different data protection laws. We take appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) to ensure your data remains protected.

14. Third-Party Links and Services

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services (such as the Apple App Store). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. We encourage you to read their privacy policies separately.

15. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other reasons. The "Effective Date" at the top will indicate when the latest version takes effect. Material changes will be communicated through the App or App Store listing. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
